方法 1

Requires 全民持枪 DLC enabled.
As the United Kingdom go down 国王党 path - reclaim the Dominions (declare war manually as opposed to staging the uprisings), and while at war with the Commonwealth, take Reclaim the Jewel in the Crown, and use the war goals you get to declare on  印度和 Burma - this will get them to join the Commonwealth, and lets you annex them in the peace deal if you take a state from them while at war (whereas if you attacked them while not at war with anyone else, you'd have to capitulate them the normal way).

If  巴基斯坦 has white peace'd with India but hasn't gone to war with  Bangladesh, declare war on them afterwards - they'll have significantly less troops (if Bangladesh has spawned, leave it and Pakistan alone until they white peace, and focus on taking out the  美国和 法国; after Bangladesh and Pakistan WP, Bangladesh will disband their entire army).

In the meantime, France and  捷克斯洛伐克 will have gone to war with  德国 over Sudetenland. Take Unite the Anglosphere, train up your army to 96 divisions and station them on the Canadian-American border, and also train 20 cavalry units - stage 5 naval invasions of 2 cavalry units into France, and 10 cavalry units onto the Canadian-Alaskan Border.

Declare war on the US, which will either result in France inviting the US and  菲律宾 into the Little Entente (if France has formed that faction) or the US will form the North American Entente with the Philippines, and France (as well as Czechoslovakia) will join, resulting in you being at war with France, and Germany inviting you to the Axis (which you should accept). Launch the naval invasions and Rush the French victory points, and push through the United States - as France will still have Disjointed Government, they'll capitulate after taking Paris and a few others.

During the peace deal, take the American States as well as the French-held Kurdish State - the Axis will mostly focus on African and European lands, and will only take land elsewhere if nothing else is left. Afterwards, conquer  伊拉克 the normal way, and go down to Expose the Belly of the Bear - either  伊朗 will agree to become a puppet (in which case, get to work on annexing them) or use the war goal you get from them refusing to conquer them, taking the one Kurdish state in the peace deal.

Then, justify and declare on  土耳其 - by this point, Turkey will only be guaranteed by you and Germany if historical is turned on, and as you are both faction members, the Germans won't answer their call to arms (do not answer any German call to arms against the  苏联 until after Turkey is defeated). After capitulating Turkey, take the 4 Kurdish states they hold in the peace deal, and then release Kurdistan.

Requires 抵抗运动 DLC enabled.
As France, do 利用联盟, then rushing Freedom Front you can easily switch to fascism, after that justify on  伊拉克和 伊朗 so that you go to war with both at the same time, after annexing them you just have to wait for  德国 to attack  波兰和 罗马尼亚 to do 任命亲轴心政府 so that  土耳其 doesn't have any guarantees and you can simply justify on them annex them and release and play as Kurdistan.

Requires 帝国坟场 DLC enabled.
May be combined with 我只是路过和这只是生意（It's Just Good Business）.

As British Raj, follow the East India Company focus tree to 敌意收购 and beyond (preferably, through Death knell of the Raj.) Build lots of civilian factories and use them first to buy Hatay from Turkey, then to buy adjacent states until you have all Kurdish cores. (You'll need quite a few factories - most required states cost at least 4 factories each.) You can save some effort by defeating and annexing  伊朗 instead of buying Kurdish cores from it (you get a war goal against Iran when you complete Open Up New Markets.) When you have everything, release Kurdistan, making sure to check 'play as'.

Normally, that would have been all, but there's a wrinkle: as of patch 1.16.9 with 帝国坟场, the achievement requires 马拉蒂亚 (344), which is 不 a core and, as such, not released when you release Kurdistan. You need to jump through extra hoops to deal with this.

• Buy 马拉蒂亚 (344) from Turkey in advance.
• Build up the industry in Kurdistan.
• Wait till you're at peace (this will likely be after both Germany and Japan are defeated). Leave the Allies, disband the army, assign any units that can't be disbanded as far from Kurdistan as possible,
• Release Kurdistan, 'play as'.
• Immediately start recruiting army and justifying on East India Company using the preexisting claim. Justification will take 65 days - enough time to deploy a few bare-bones divisions on the border with Malatya, but not enough time for East India Company to bring its units back to your borders.
• Once you seize Malatya, the achievement should fire.

方法 4

The above 3 methods did not work well in the recent patch because for some reason the achievement requires Malatya and Eastern Azerbaijan, which are not cores. Also as East India Company I was not able to buy the capital of Iraq. It is much easier to simply use the Kurdish path in the Iraq focus tree. Rush Iran and then go for Turkey, Papa Stalin can help via focus after Turkish war declaration - you will be drawn into a war against the axis because of the Romanian guarantee but it does not matter since you only need to control the provinces. For the Syrian province you can let Axis occupy it and liberate it temporarily or you can use the border war mechanic from the focus tree to avoid war with the allies. Can be done by 1940.
