安达卢斯 is a formable and unique nation. When used with the 11th of November rule(which can be found in the custom game rules), it borders solely Spain in the north and has sea access in the south. By other means, it can be formed by
摩洛哥王国,
阿尔及利亚,
突尼斯,
阿拉伯撒哈拉民主共和国,

里夫共和国. As a formable nation you can observe it here as
Andalusia in the formable nations article.
Al-Andalus was the Muslim-ruled area of the Iberian Peninsula. The term is used by modern historians for the former Islamic states in modern-day Gibraltar, Portugal, Spain, and Southern France. The name describes the different Muslim states that controlled these territories at various times between 711 and 1492. At its greatest geographical extent, it occupied most of the peninsula and part of present-day southern France (Septimania) under Umayyad rule. These boundaries changed constantly through a series of conquests Western historiography has traditionally characterized as the Reconquista, eventually shrinking to the south and finally to the Emirate of Granada.
安达卢斯 缺少专属国策树,因此改用通用国策树。
通用国策树有5个主要分支:

By custom game rule 11th of November, Al-Andalus will start as a Non Aligned nation that does not have elections upon release.
Al-Andalus has the following political parties:
Al-Andalus starts as non aligned, with all diplomacy values revolving around "Different Ideology", "Same Ideology" and "Same Ruling Party". The only exception are the rest of the Iberian states, which starts with a negative opinion because Al-Andalus has cores on every Iberian land. They have a land border with the Kingdom of Castille(Spain in game). They have a coast and therefore are not land-locked.
Al-Andalus does not have any alliances to begin with.
As a custom starting nation, Al-Andalus has the weakest force by comparison of the existing Iberian nations in the 11th of November setting. A small army, a tiny airforce And in addition, it inherits some of Spain's army templates below. Alongside, it has the Camel Corps hidden technology

Al-Andalus has a force of 5 (NiD 62) Fighters and 2 Naval Bombers (Vickers Vildebeest). The Fighter squadron starts separately (1st Squad 3 fighters, 2nd Squad 2 Fighters)
Al-Andalus, despite being an in-game "nation", by any scenario it doesnt exist, so the player only benefits playing the nation is by using the custom 11th of November fragmentation option that divides Spain into these nations: Crown of Castille, Crown of Aragon, Navarra, Galicia and finally Al-Andalus. Although being the only playable nation that exists either as formable and as a standalone nation, makes up for an interesting conquest upon uniting all Iberian lands under the Andalusian flag.
In order to play as Al-Andalus, is to pick the mentioned custom challenge and select Spain. And, you get the fragmented nation. The nation starts with an unaligned government, with a small starting core population, a small force in land units and air. Fortunately, the nation is not threatened by invasion, and has a core in every state in the Iberian peninsula including the Canary Islands. However, the nations fate lie upon the player choice if it wants to expand become a powerful nation that can rival major nations. Unfortunately, Al-Andalus has no advisor of any kind, with a notable exception of ideology boosters and the Illusive Gentleman advisor. In a matter of technology, Al-Andalus is not that advanced compared with Castille, lacking thoroughly on navy and air. But, is almost equal in land technology. And, if Al-Andalus should prepare for a proper army and chances of quicker justification, it is advised to rush down to the Industrial and Political Focus, either fascist or communist.
As it will inevitably follow, the Kingdom of Castille will deal with the Spanish Civil War again, automatically each faction gaining cores in its original borders(Aragon, Navarra, Galicia and Al Andalus) as well as a claim on Gibraltar. Should one of them emerge victorious, it will manually justify on its neighbours except Portugal. And, declaring on them first while they are in a middle of a civil war it isnt the best option. As the civil war is likely to end quicker compared to a standard run, having less land to deal with each other. Instead, the better alternative is to take down its neighbors before going for the great challenge that is Spain itself.
The nations that should be taken first are Galicia and Portugal, in order. Galicia being the OPM nation will less likely to put up a strong fight, although the sea distance provides a difficulty of its own. Research technologies of Transport Ship and Submarines, and use Naval Effort for Navy Dockyards and Navy Experience. Being quick and cheap to make, Submarines will provide naval assistance for the invasion of Galicia. Declare war on them, set the submarines in their waters, and take their capital. Surprisingly, Galicia has a sizeable navy upon capitulation, which will come in handy along with the extra core population. With Portugal next, it is advisable to deploy more infantry units to the frontline, either training or by taking the rest of from capital state. Push them down south, with several manoeuvres, and capture Lisbon. After that, annex the lands and take their navy. Depending on the players choice, it may take the Portuguese colonies in Africa and Asia. For the latter if seen less valuable, they can return Macau to China, and Goa to British Raj.
At this point, tension will be drastically rising, as the next target will be the Kingdom of Aragon. Just like with Galicia, this also requires them to be naval invaded. But, the luck lies on whether if Aragon joins any faction or is guaranteed by another power, in that case it is either France or Britain. However, if the player hasnt invaded Galicia and Portugal yet, and choose to go with Aragon and Navarra, the same strategy will follow as mentioned above. Aragon starts with 4 infantry divisions, and with the preparation time being done, they will likely raise the number of units or switch templates. Take all the mainland of Aragon and they will capitulate thereafter. Just like Galicia beforehand, Aragon will also have a sizeable navy. And, you will gain Aragon's Italian lands of Sicily, Sardinia and Malta, to which they will serve for the expansion of the Emirate of Sicily decision. Navarra being the next target, will be easy, with one swift take after justifying on them, it wont be much of an issue.
After the civil war, Spain will seize its moment to justify on you after a few months or a year of peace. At this point, Al Andalus should have a considerate amount of troops stationed in their border, or if it isnt enough yet, then it is better to train and spawn to make a significant resistance. As the Spanish troops will attack the line time and time again until they conquer every core state you own. Tensions have gone high, and Spain will sooner or later join a faction depending of their ideology, either Axis, Comintern or the Allies. As fascist, join the Axis first before they do if they are fascist, or as communist join the Comintern first if they are communist. Otherwise, if ideologies arent the same Al Andalus has to make haste to join another faction too, before Spain brings its allies to reinforce the frontline.
Focus all your troops on defending the capital state, with manpower enough, train as much as you can and focus on spawning them in the capital state. Obtain a few reserves to make gains behind enemy lines by doing naval invasions. Remember to use the navy you have acquired from your Portuguese conquest, it will prove vital to your naval invasions. Whereas in frontline, let the enemy attack a few times, and start the counterattack, and try several manoeuvres to encircle and annihilate their troops, and do much the same with the troops after the successful naval landings. Spain will likely gain reinforcements either from Allies or Axis, so it is best to capitulate them quickly. If lucky enough, try invading Navarra and Aragon next.
One strategy theoretically is to put the troops in each front south and east and try to link up Granada and Valencia and then push them through up to the capital of Madrid. That however depends if Spain is allied with France, then the available strategy would be resorted to use the same approach like in the Portuguese idea, in order to avoid any surprise skirmishes with the French troops. If not, then it is safe to push them out of Navarra and Aragon, try to capitulate them before turning over to either Portugal and Galicia.
If Spain has joined the Allies, and has capitulated thanks to Al-Andalusian efforts, it is best to assist the Axis in defeating France entirely. Capitulate France, and focus on planning to naval invade Britain. Utilize the navy and hope the Axis maintain naval supremacy in the English channel or find a safe sea zone to establish a safe route to make your troops naval invade the British soil successfully. Land as many as you can and capitulate them before USA joins the Allies. During Peace Conference, take France and Britain's North African and Middle Eastern possessions, including Cyprus and Pakistan from British Raj, even some of their navy. And, let the rest take its course, as it is not necessary to generate much tension. Should Greece join Allies, and are amongst the capitulated nations, make demands on taking Crete, finally by being a few steps away to establish the Emirate of Sicily. While being at war against the Allies, it is possible to declare war on the rest of the Middle East(Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Iraq and Oman) in order to secure the possibility to form the Ummayad Caliphate in a later time, and annex them in Peace Conference, and the Allies are defeated.
After the Allies are defeated, Al Andalus should have a considerate amount of troops and territorially enlarged, or if it isnt enough yet, then it is better to train and spawn to make a significant growth. As the Axis will no longer required to be your allies, as Italy in the Axis has the lands that prevent to form the needed decisions. This however will put the player for another long war, as at this point the long war to defeat the Allies has already taken its toll. Tensions are already high, and Al Andalus will sooner or later join another faction either as the Comintern, or form one of its own as the Axis will be busy dealing with the Soviet Campaign.
