走在窄路上(Treading the Narrow Path)

作为荷兰,不向德国屈服,继续须德海工程,并在 1945 年前不失去任何欧洲大陆州的控制权。
It is possible to lose a few provinces in your core European states, as long as you control a majority of each state's victory points. However, while losing full control of a state does 不 invalidate the achievement, continuing the Zuiderzee works requires full control of Holland and Friesland, and is cancelled if this control is not had, so valuable focus time can be wasted if ground is lost while the works are being continued.
Method 1: Lead the Minor Democracies
This strategy involves caving to the British and going down the
领导小国民主国家 sub-branch, with the ultimate goal of diplomatically uniting the Low Countries via forming the Benelux and taking the decision "Propose Benelux Unification" for 300 political power (which is unlocked after creating the Benelux faction) before Fall Gelb begins. It is recommended to play with historical focuses enabled, so that the AI will be predictable and consistent each game.
While the exact focuses the player can take and the exact order these focuses are taken may vary from player to player, it is recommended to have completed as many of the
继续须德海工程,
向和平主义宣战,
Appoint New Supreme Commander, and
低地国家的教训 focuses as practical by the time the war begins, or as shortly after the war begins as possible.
The Benelux Federation, when formed this way, can become an extremely powerful country. While the
荷兰 does not begin with a large military-industrial complex, Belgian Industry will more than make up for this over time, and while even a united Benelux may still find itself strapped for manpower, the
荷属东印度 won't be until
日本 invades and conquers them - if it is able to do so in the first place.
While the exact military strategy used by the player to gain this achievement is left up to the player's own discretion, use of Line Artillery in Infantry divisions is recommended to adjust for the relatively high industry and low manpower of the Benelux. Additionally, while any land doctrine may be employed, given that the Lessons from the Low Countries national spirit provides 10% extra max entrenchment, and that the player will almost always have a Field Marshal with Defensive Doctrine in Henri Winkelman, it is more advantageous than usual to employ the Grand Battleplan doctrine for the additional entrenchment speed it provides (although this is by no means obligatory). Support Anti-Tank and Support Anti-Air are also highly recommended inclusions in the player's Infantry divisions.
It is possible - and not overly difficult - to hold a rigid defensive line on
德国's border. If this is done, then it should be noted that the provinces that will come under the most fire, and hence should be the most fortified and defended, are the northernmost province in Friesland, Arnhem, and the border province in Wallonia. Other defensive lines may have different focus points.
Because you will be focused on fighting a land war, and the
英国 has a strong enough navy to deal with any naval invasion by
德国, Naval technology may be ignored if the player wishes to do so.
In an optimal situation, the player will find themselves in 1940 at the head of a unified Benelux Federation with perhaps three full armies under their command, ready and able to stop any German invasion. Once Fall Gelb begins, it is up to the player to react to the ongoing military situation: depending on how the war progresses, it might be necessary to send some units south to the Alps or Rhone river to halt an Axis push, shift units around inside the Low Countries to react to German offensives, or divert land units to areas in the Atlantic or Pacific such as
希腊 or the
荷属东印度 that the player might want to hold. While it is possible to disband the Benelux faction (since it is no longer needed) and join the Allies, doing so removes the ability to deny allied troops passage through your lands, so doing so is left to the player's discretion.
Assuming the player is able to hold, the Axis might very well crumble as early as 1942 thanks to the lack of occupied industry to fuel their war machines, at which point, due to the lack of any threat, it is only necessary to wait until 1945 for the achievement to fire. What the player does during this time is up to them.
Method 2: Bastion of True Communism
Start the game with historical AI and follow the focus tree down the communist route. As soon as you are faced with the choice between
Affirm Loyalty To Moscow和
真正共产主义的堡垒 focus choose the 2nd one. After that take the focuses
Enemies on All Fronts和
Pre-Empt Western Intervention. This focus gives war goals for the
UK,
法国 and the
美国. The perfect timing for
Pre-Empt Western Intervention is when
德国 goes for the
但泽或战争 focus. Improve your relations with Germany. Once Germany has declared war on
波兰 and Poland has joined the Allies declare your wars on France and the UK and soon after Germany will invite you in to the Axis. Now you are safe from Germany. Complete the
继续须德海工程 focus, defend your coastline and your provinces/states. The Allies usually naval invades the part of the Germany that borders the North Sea and that is your backyard. And for this achievement you are never allowed to lose control of any of your states. While waiting out the time till 1945 you can play pure defense or just help Germany conquer Western-Europe (play it correctly and you can get all of
比利时和
卢森堡 and Repudiate the Treaty of London) and perhaps the
苏联. The
The Final Blow to Communism focus may cause Germany to kick you from the faction and declare war on you if they take it.
方法 3
Use the national focuses and join either the Allies or the Comintern 早于
德国 justifies on you (Normally 1940). This will make faction members move divisions to your border with Germany, thus making your defense somewhat easier. If possible, ask your faction members for as many expeditionary forces as possible. Also, don't forget to do the
Prepare the Inundation Lines focus because it will give you land forts which makes it even harder for Germany to attack you.
