「Strategy」

This strategy requires the 帝国坟场 DLC to be 已启用.

Play on non-historical. You'll likely have to do a number of runs before you hit on a favorable faction alignment. Ideally, since you must take land from 3 majors (the  UK,  法国, and the  苏联), you are looking for a run where those nations end up weak. It's actually fine to set  法国 to Historical while leaving the other two on Random if you want, since  法国 historically takes one of its worst paths. A world with a lot of factions is also decent bet, as you can play the factions against each other to secure a peace deal that leaves you significantly stronger. In an ideal scenario, the  UK decolonizes,  法国 goes historical or non-aligned, and the  苏联 has a civil war that doesn't lead into Trotsky. It's also great if the  美国 isn't in any of the European factions but forms its own. If you can manage to join or even just keep them friendly, you will have a permanent ally whose interests never conflict with yours.

In early game, go hard for industrial expansion. Take The Pahlavi Imperium, use the PP to switch to Partial Mobilization, continue to Modernizing Iran. Build nothing but infrastructure and civilian factories before the end of 1937. At some point take A Legacy of Greatness and eventually Assessing the Opposition. This puts you on course for a civil war, and you'll need to save up a lot of PP, have 12 owned factories, and have 80k manpower in the field in order to stop it.

Feel free to join the Saadabad Pact (or even to initiate it). You'll lose the benefits eventually (you'll need to conquer all three other members), but it'll be good while it lasts. Among other benefits, you'll get mountaineers researched for free when Turkey takes Turkish Mountaineer Corps. Immediately start training mountaineers up to the special forces cap and advancing their doctrine (they'll be very useful in  土耳其和 阿富汗).

You should have ~24 divisions in the field by the time you take Demand Iraqi Territory和Demand Afghan Territory (they tend to accept; they are more likely to accept if you have a significantly larger army and they are under 50% war support.) At some point, you'll need to switch to Limited Conscription (possibly by taking the Absolute Monarchy focus). Switch straight to Service by Requirement as soon as the game allows (this will be when you are at war with a sufficiently large enemy) - manpower is your major handicap; until you gain some new cores, you can't field much more than ~30 divisions in with Limited Conscription, you are not allowed to switch to higher conscription laws in peacetime because you're non-aligned, and you have to stay non-aligned to be eligible for this branch of the focus tree. Build a supply depot in the northernmost province of West Azerbaijan (the one adjacent to Van and Yerevan) and another in the easternmost province of Herat.

The subsequent events will vary from game to game, depending on factions and guarantees. Your short-term objective is to conquer  伊拉克,  阿富汗, and  土耳其. Iraq is the easiest of three (especially once you force them to cede 2 out of their 5 states), but it tends to stay guaranteed by the  UK. Afghanistan has a relatively small army, but it gets insane defense benefits from its mountains and rivers and may prove to be a tough nut to crack. Don't even think of going there unless you have a supply depot, mountaineers, and twice their manpower (and even then it won't be a cakewalk.) Turkey tends to have an army that is comparable to yours 和 you have to fight through several mountain provinces to reach their heartland. It starts guaranteed by Romania and it often gets guaranteed by the  UK after 1939. Watch for these guarantees and pounce if you see anyone who's not guaranteed, or if you see e.g.  土耳其 guaranteeing  阿富汗 (in which case, if you have the army to fight on two fronts, you can deal with Turkey without any of its guarantors.)

Sometimes the  UK also decides to guarantee you, which is a carte blanche to attack  伊拉克和 土耳其 (if both of you are guaranteed, the UK won't intervene).

In the mean time, complete focuses Reintegrate Anatolian Territory, The Memphis Initiative, Absorb the Byzantine Empire, and Glory of Cyrus the Great.

• Reintegrate Anatolian Territory和Absorb the Byzantine Empire allow you to core all owned states of  土耳其和 希腊 respectively, at 75pp per state. (NOTE: The four Turkish states in the southeast - Hakkari, Van, Diyarbakir, and Tunceli - do 不 start the game as Turkish cores, and will be ineligible for this focus unless Turkey reintegrates them first. The others will be eligible for integration once you take them in peace conference.)
• The Memphis Initiative allows you to core all controlled states in the Middle East (including the entire Arabian Peninsula) or in  埃及, except for Turkish cores, likewise at 75pp per state.
• Glory of Cyrus the Great gives you cores in  阿富汗.

Coring all eligible states potentially makes Iran into a global superpower with a core population of 80M+ and the ability to go toe to toe with other majors.

Additionally, if  埃及 is first created as a collaboration government, given the necessary states to form  Arabia and then allowed to control and core North Africa and  苏丹, then it will be possible to core those regions with The Memphis Initiative once  埃及 is annexed.

It's also possible to core  巴基斯坦和 Bangladesh via Glory of Cyrus the Great, but it is a fairly long-winded and unintuitive process;

• 1: Declare war on and puppet  阿富汗. Do not join or get into a war with any factions until after step 4, and after  阿富汗 finishes the 追求我们自己的议程 focus.
• 2: Improve relations with  英属印度, finish A Foothold in the Indus and hope they hand over the border states.
• 3: Release  Balochistan as an independent country from the states the  英属印度 just gave you (make sure to retain your core in Sistan).
• 4: Immediately justify and declare war on  Balochistan. Call  阿富汗 into the war. It's important not to be involved in any faction wars at this point, as  Balochistan may join an enemy faction. In the peace deal, give North Baluchistan to  阿富汗, and take the coastal state for yourself.

Now  阿富汗 will, eventually, core  巴基斯坦 with the Strengthen the Confederation focus. It will take a while, as the AI will not prioritize it. This is why you shouldn't give them a coast, as they might get distracted doing useless naval focuses. Make sure not to finish Glory of Cyrus the Great until after the Confederation is formed, as it won't apply the cores retroactively.
