中华民国南京国民政府 is a puppet state located in East Asia. Through a Japanese decision, the Reorganized National Government of the Republic of China can be released depending on how many lands that Japan can occupy from the ongoing war with the Chinese nations or if they are annexed.
Commonly described as the Wang Jingwei regime, The Reorganized National Government of the Republic of China was a puppet state of the Empire of Japan in eastern China. It existed coterminous with the Nationalist government of the Republic of China under Chiang Kai-shek, which was fighting Japan alongside the other Allies of World War II. The country functioned as a dictatorship under Wang Jingwei, formerly a high-ranking official of the Kuomintang (KMT) party. The region it administered was initially seized by Japan during the late 1930s at the beginning of the Second Sino-Japanese War.
Wang, a rival of Chiang Kai-shek and member of the pro-peace faction of the KMT, defected to the Japanese side and formed a collaborationist government in occupied Nanjing in 1940, as well as a concurrent collaborationist Kuomintang that ruled the new government. The new state claimed the entirety of China (outside the Japanese puppet state of Manchukuo) during its existence, portraying itself as the legitimate inheritors of the Xinhai Revolution and Sun Yat-sen's legacy as opposed to Chiang's government in Chongqing, but effectively only Japanese-occupied territory was under its direct control. Its international recognition was limited to other members of the Anti-Comintern Pact, of which it was a signatory. The Reorganized National Government existed until the end of World War II and the surrender of Japan in August 1945, at which point the regime was dissolved and many of its leading members were executed for treason.

expansion, it uses the Nationalist Chinese focus tree available to the warlords. Because it starts out as a
日本 puppet, it is able to start with a branch that is only available to the warlords if they become a

Although not stated on its national spirit, the "Nine Power Treaty" effectively prevents China switching away from "Free Trade" trade policy.
Reorganized National Government of the Republic of China starts with only Great War era technology and with only 2 research slots. It can gain three further slots from its national focuses: “Expand the Academica Sinica”, “Chemical Research Institute”, and “Rural Schooling". While the first extra research slot is easily obtainable, the remaining two require considerable effort to unlock, especially the one from “Rural Schooling”, which requires at least 8 focuses (and potentially more, since most of those focuses will increase inflation which can only be reduced by completing other focuses).

As a decision releasable, The Reorganized National Government of the Republic of China starts without an army, but has a considerate amount of manpower and unused equipment. Overall, it has to start from the Chinese templates to which The Reorganized National Government of the Republic of China oddly obtains as a Japanese decision releasable.

The Reorganized National Government of the Republic of China doesn't have an air force.
Reorganized National Government of the Republic of China, despite being an in-game "nation", by Ironman choices it is almost unplayable, so the player only benefits playing the nation is by using console commands. But, another way is to release them as a puppet, wait until they get cores throughout their decisions. Although being the only playable nation without any starting existing cores, makes up for a challenge upon maintaining peace and order on the owed lands of China.
In order to play as early as Reorganized National Government of the Republic of China(RNG), is to play first as Japan and continue the war with China as soon as possible in the 1939 scenario. In this case, China shouldn't go join the Allies or drag them into it, because that would prevent RNG having opportunities to have their lands in the first place. Thus, it benefits RNG better to start on the frontline compared to the 1936 scenario because as Japan, these focuses would take slightly longer. In the 1939 scenario, the player has to rush down in focuses that releases RNG faster, as in Through the focus of The Reorganized National Government. In a matter of technology, RNG also inherits whatever China or Japan gain from national focuses or by decision, if the player wishes to remain to play as Japan a little longer just to have their technologies passable for the puppet state, RNG gets them altogether. And, by decision Japan can transfer conquered Chinese lands to them for the manpower to suppress resistance and send weapons.
The colony nation can be released either non aligned or fascist Japan. As it is released with the available and inherited perks as possible, the national spirit, the political advisors, the instantly formed agency and the an unique leader. But, the player can wait until it gets a better leader, like Wang Jingwei, to which has traits in comparison with the actual leader. Fortunately, as stated earlier, the colony nation inherits most of China's technology, ranging from Tanks, planes and navy. Thus, opening opportunities to start and produce if needed necessary. However, being a colony state it has many draw backs. It has a decent amount of factories but some go to the colony's overlord, and some are unusable which have to be resorted to raise compliance above 70%. Therefore, independence and high compliance mean to get the great number of factories back up. Or with other means.... Although, it can core them one by one, depending how many cores does Japan pass over to RNG, except Taiwan, East Hebei and Dalian. But if Japan conquers them from another nation, it can transfer them to RNG.
Oddly enough, RNG is one of the Chinese states that can also gain the achievement as an releasable nation, just like the Kumulik Khanate. Unlike Kumulik Khanate, RNG poses much more difficulty to get released and played. So the quickest way to do so is to lend lease convoys to RNG as Japan. Wait until they've cored at least one core land, or if preferably more as you give all of the conquered Chinese lands to RNG. Once you've lowered their autonomy level, annex them and then puppet release and play as RNG. The reason is to complete and finish the The Reorganized Government branch, as it gives them a few buffs, new national spirits, and a guarantee of release as an independent nation. Rush it until Japan takes its focuses to re annex you again. Now, as an odd type of China spawn infantry units is to use the existing template units as they have a 6 battalion divisions and no support battalions, at best, and place them everywhere they border the Mongolians. And focus nothing more but on producing guns, and building factories manually.
The war with Mongolia will face RNG having to put up with numeral attacks done by the Comintern attacks in the Mongol cores and all around the Chinese conquered lands of Japan that border Mongolia. Counterattack once their army fatigues, and try to outmanoeuvre them for a quick encirclement as the enemy troops attack in a thin line. Push them away from Mongolia, and try to link up with the Japanese forces up north reaching Siberia until heading west. And at the same time, push the Soviet forces away from the rest of Siberia, ensuring a western front until Germany joins in. This would be a possible best case scenario. Although, the main goal is to finish the Comintern and as RNG, conquer Mongolia. Don't forget to secure your Central Asian front, as the Soviets have cores and possibility to attack from the southwest flank too. Keep in mind, active participation and gains against enemy forces will certainly contribute to an independent RNG alternatively.
RNG in order to get a faster and worthy won independence has has to follow and contribute to the capitulation of the Allies/Comintern, depending on which war they're fighting. If it has taken care of the situation in the East Asian Campaign, RNG has the liberty to move their expedition to other places. Wait long enough, and USA will eventually join the Allies, which it will make it harder for the Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere.
This requires Mongolia to be out of a faction, which this can happen if the Soviet Union takes another route than the historical route. Obviously as non aligned, RNG cannot declare war on the Mongolians, not until it has to wait long enough to take the "Demand Mongolia" focus. To cut to the chase, hire a fascist advisor and rush until you reach a referendum. Otherwise, to escape the Japanese's puppet clutches, then start a civil war until the fascist RNG wins. With that out of the way, easily declare war on Mongolia, and subsequently annex them.
